"Girls just wanna have fun"

I have been blessed through out my life with amazing girlfriends. Each stage of life: high school, college, newly married, young family, now I guess middle aged (sad), has been filled with some of the best women in the world. I thank Heavenly Father all the time for placing my girlfriends in my life. Women that have made me a better me and keep me going through life with a smile. I love you ladies! This past month I have been able to have some girl time with a few of those friends and I thought I would share...

Chelsea, Emily and I out for our own little Blue Like Triathlon. It was super fun and beautiful out there but the mosquito's were crazy gross. It felt good to be able to push my body and not be pregnant anymore :)
One of my best friends Tricia from Hawaii came to visit with her two girls Alia and Jada. It was so fun having them here. I love you Tricia, wish we were closer but I will take what I can get!
Out to dinner with girlfriends. Me, Jen, Tricia and Emily

Emily, you are one of a kind. I love you

Jeremy was super hubby while Tricia was here. He watched all the kids every night so I could have time with my friend and he didn't complain once. Your the best babe!

We went with some family and friends to an Oregon Beavers game. We had a box all to ourselves, it was awesome, the kids loved it.

Ike has been refusing to nap and I am done battling with him about it, so every now and then I find him passed out on the floor with his toys
Paulina Lake hiking trip. Nothing is better for the soul than hiking out into nature for endless hours and having great conversation with girlfriends. Oregon really is a gorgeous state. I had a blast ladies, thanks for the good time. You are all such great examples to me.

This is an obsidian flow, I know it really looks like a pile of rocks but it was really cool I promise.

Lacie and I at the look out.

Jeremy is a more avid backpacker than myself and he talked me into taking these hiking poles. I thought they looked ridiculous but I have to admit I was a fan by the end.

After a long day of hiking, our feet were sore and tired and we were nasty dirty but we all had smiles on our faces.
